Since suffering a catastrophic spinal injury in 2010, LeGrand has been an inspiration to everyone he has come in contact with and now will take the next step in his professional life as he takes a leap in entrepreneurship as he opens "LeGrand Coffee House" in Woodbridge, NJ.
